Getting Started: Accessing the Platform

The Ghana Land Hub operates securely with user roles to ensure appropriate access to features and data.

Login Process

1. Access the Platform: Visit the Ghana Land Hub website
2. Google Authentication: Click "Sign In" and use your Google account
3. Role Assignment: Your account will be assigned a specific role based on your verification
4. First Time Setup: Complete your profile information if prompted

User Roles Overview

• Public User: Basic access to view land information, search plots, verify certificates, submit documents, and browse the marketplace
• Field Officer: Can manage plots and documents in assigned regions, issue certificates, and perform land valuations
• Organization User: Can create and manage marketplace listings, submit KYC documents, and manage organizational data
• Administrator: Full system access including document review, KYC verification, user management, and analytics
• Super Administrator: Complete system control, user management, and platform configuration

Navigation Basics

• Sidebar Menu: Main navigation is located on the left side
• User Profile: Access your profile from the bottom left corner
• Notifications: Check the bell icon for important updates
• Search: Use the global search to find plots, documents, or information
